Seasonal Replacement
Do you need winter tires for seasonal replacement?
If living somewhere cold and snowy, the best option is having a dedicated set of summer and winter tires.
Most of us only encounter winter conditions on a limited basis. With this in mind, good quality all-season M+S tires may be fine. However, if you live in an area that regularly receives snow, or the average daily temperatures are at or below 7°C (44°F), switching to winter tires is strongly recommended.
Our winter tires are designed using a special rubber compound formula and pattern. These tires optimize safety on winter roads and ensure grip capabilities are still effective at temperatures below 7°C (44°F).
On winter roads, ordinary tires have a longer braking distance. So having the correct tires can make driving in winter conditions safer and easier.
